Note Sun PR staff: If you're going to have McNealy citing Jetblue as a customer in a speech, make sure Jetblue themselves isn't in the headlines for misusing and selling customer data. Bad use of technology. Mmmm.
By the way: Carr is right. McNealy can go on and talk about the importance of innovation but the thing he glosses over is how much cheaper it is to innovate today than it was 20 years ago, therefore making the opportunities more plentiful. To the right company that is.
Also funny how important innovation is today as they're last real ploy was to play johnny catch up with a low(?) cost Linux box.
